SCROZZARI operates on a 30-day window for full asset recovery.

  • INITIAL_SIGNAL: You must notify the Architect at or before the 15-day mark to request a reclamation.

  • CONDITION: Assets must be in [ FACTORY_STATE ]—unworn, unused, with all security tags intact and original shielding (packaging) present.

  • CALIBRATION: You are authorized to "test-fit" the hardware to ensure system compatibility.

[02 // REQUISITION_REQUIREMENTS]

To authorize a return, the following data is required:

  • [ DIGITAL_RECEIPT ] or confirmed proof of acquisition.

  • [ SIGNAL_UPLINK ]: Initiate the process via scrozzari@gmail.com.

[03 // EXTRACTION_PROCEDURE]

Once your request is processed, the Architect will generate a [ RETURN_CARRIER_LABEL ].

  1. Attach the label to the asset container.

  2. Deploy the package to the following coordinates:

    SCROZZARI_RECLAMATION > 4100 VICTORY DR, APT 101 > AUSTIN, TX 78704

  3. Note: Unauthorized returns (assets sent without a prior signal) will be REJECTED by the firewall.

[04 // ASSET_EXCHANGES]

For rapid hardware replacement, the fastest protocol is to return the current asset and execute a [ NEW_ACQUISITION_SEQUENCE ] for the desired model.

[05 // DAMAGED_OR_DEFECTIVE_INTEL]

Upon receipt of your loadout, conduct an immediate [ SYSTEM_INSPECTION ]. If the hardware is defective, damaged, or the wrong asset was deployed:

  • ACTION: Signal the Architect immediately at scrozzari@gmail.com to evaluate the breach and rectify the shipment.

[06 // RESTRICTED_ITEMS]

The following assets are NON-RECLAIMABLE:

  • Custom-engineered products or personalized hardware.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (if applicable).

  • Perishable or personal care goods.

[07 // VALUATION_REFUNDS]

Once the reclaimed asset is inspected at the hub, you will receive a status update.

  • APPROVAL: Refunds are credited to the original financial frequency within 10 business cycles.

  • LATENCY: If the credit has not appeared after 15 cycles, establish a direct link to scrozzari@gmail.com.
